The Seippel Warehouse project involved the new construction of a 255,000sf. facility featuring 78 columns reaching 38 feet tall and 859 joists. Our structural package included structural steel, joists, decking, and a miscellaneous metals package with railings and ladders. From groundbreaking to completion, the building was successfully delivered in just eight months.
