District Building #7 is a new construction of a four-level mixed use building. This project had 295 tons of structural steel, 6,954 structural bolts, and 55,000sf of decking. The skewed columns on the exterior of the building are what really catches the eye, but these are just a small fraction of the hard work it took to get this building off the ground.
