The Civco Office and Production Building project involved new construction of a 96,600sf office and warehouse building. This project included a 49′-0″ long shop-assembled truss weighing 5,376 pounds, as well as three stairways with custom mesh guard rails for an aesthetic touch. The project also featured 274 joists to complete the roof structure, with a total of 220 tons of steel used throughout.
