The Cedar Falls High School in Cedar Falls, Iowa, spans 366,615sf and features a two-story layout with four wings. This project included 1,285 tons of structural steel, supporting classrooms, an auditorium, and a gymnasium. Notable structural elements include a box truss system for the gymnasium’s HVAC ductwork and divider curtain. Additionally, 80 tons of miscellaneous steel were used for three monumental staircases, auditorium catwalks, and railings throughout the facility.
